Stay Informed on Cadence Software Downloads
Cadence software is available through electronic distribution to customers with a current maintenance agreement and Cadence ASK, or eDA-on-Tap website accounts. To stay up to date when selected product base and update releases are available, Cadence ASK users may set up their Software Update Preferences. Software update notifications will provide an email containing the release information along with a link to an online order form.

Product release and download information can be found directly from our Downloads site using your current Cadence Online Support or eDA-on-Tap web account.
Set Up Notifications for Hassle-Free Updates
Cadence Online Support users are provided the ability to set user preferences for notification of new software updates. Log in and use the "Software Updates" or "My Account" navigation link and select "Notification Preferences."

oaScan Application
oaScan is an unlicensed application that scans the contents of a library and checks for inconsistencies in the OpenAccess design, tech, and DMData databases. Optionally, oaScan can repair the inconsistencies and save the databases. Inconsistencies are more common with older versions of OpenAccess. The oaScan application is used to upgrade such data to current quality standards.
