Volunteering

The Cadence Giving Foundation is proud to provide opportunities for Cadence employees around the world to volunteer and give their time to communities and causes that they care about.

Volunteer Time Off: Cadence provides opportunities for its employees to give their time to communities and causes that they care about through robust volunteering benefits and programs.

Season of Giving: Cadence employees from around the world come together at the end of the year to participate in our largest annual volunteer campaign called Season of Giving. Over 2,200 Cadence employees across 34 cities globally with local charities to support causes that are meaningful to them and their local communities.

Employee Grants Program and Matching Gifts

Employee Grants Program: The Cadence Giving Foundation’s Employee Grant Programs support the impact of Cadence employees on organizations and causes they are most passionate about. This program has provided over $100,000 annually to nonprofit organizations around the world that are supported by Cadence employees and groups.

Matching Gifts Program: Cadence’s Matching Gifts program maximizes Cadence employees’ impact by matching individual employee donations for up to $2,500 per employee per year.

Cadence is committed to providing industry-leading technology and programs to students, educators, researchers and future innovations. Cadence partners with over 1,000 universities, provided over 150 products valued at $23M, and offers more than 5,000 online training courses. We also provide scholarships to Black, Latinx, and Women students pursuing careers in STEM.
