De acordo com a legislação brasileira, a Cadence Design Systems do Brasil Microeletrônica Ltda. (CNPJ No. 08.415.806/0001-52) publica os relatórios de transparência salarial emitidos pelo Ministério do Trabalho e Emprego.
Os relatórios de transparência salarial são emitidos com base em dados da Cadence Brasil obtidos no sistema do governo (eSocial) e informações complementares prestadas pela empresa, e demonstram que há igualdade salarial e de critérios remuneratórios entre mulheres e homens na Cadence de acordo com as regras legais sobre igualdade salarial.
In accordance with Brazilian law, Cadence Design Systems do Brasil Microeletrônica Ltda. (CNPJ No. 08.415.806/0001-52) publishes the salary transparency reports issued by the Ministry of Labor and Employment.
The salary transparency reports are issued based on Cadence Brazil’s data extracted from the government’s system (eSocial) and complementary information provided by the company, and demonstrate that there is equality in salary and remuneration criteria between women and men at Cadence in accordance with the legal rules regarding salary equality.
