With over 12,000 employees in 26 countries across Europe, North America, South America, the Middle East, and Asia, we learn so much from each other’s experiences and perspectives.   

We also recognize the positive impact that comes from having a diverse team by celebrating Pride Month, International Women’s Day, Black History Month, and other local events that showcase our cultures and our employees.

Our Inclusion Groups provide a community for employees of different backgrounds and any employee who wants to be part of them.  Allies are a crucial component of these groups, and their support, as well as inter-group support, helps promote our One Cadence - One Team culture.
