College Hires and Internship Program (CHIPs)
We are excited to welcome talented interns and university grads to our offices around the world. Our CHIPs members are at a critical point in their careers and we want their experience with us to be defined by challenging work, a collaborative team, personal growth, and fun!

We organize various events for CHIPs members to network with Cadence executives and leaders including roundtables, meet-and-greets, and a showcase where they have the opportunity to present their work. We host several events where they can connect with their peers, like volunteer events, 5k fun runs, sports tournaments, and social hours, and support their development with mentorship programs, industry speakers, and career workshops.
