How to create a voltage dependent resistor and capacitor in cadence? Reply
    Hi,

I want to create a resistor who has value of  0.1562 *exp(-24.37·Vbat) + 0.07446. How can I input the Voltage in properties window? Do I need a voltage dependent resistance component or can I do it without it? Same for capacitor.

    Thanks,
    Vipul

     Hi Vipul,

please check if the bsource component is an option for you:

    spectre -h bsource

    Regards,

    Marc
