On April 7, 2005, Cadence acquired Verisity, a key provider of verification process automation (VPA) solutions. The primary goal of this acquisition is to provide you with the leading VPA solutions on a unified, multi-language infrastructure that spans simulation, acceleration, and emulation—helping to increase your product quality and speed time to market.
Cadence will continue to maintain and strengthen the level of customer support for Verisity products in all areas—including field expertise, sales and support. We look forward to serving you in these capacities. We are also working to integrate the Verisity web content into Cadence.com for your convenience.
