Why do I need to register?
Your user information and preferences will be applied throughout the Cadence.com web site for authentication and access to entitled content areas.
Your registration (a combination of username and password) allows you to access secured features such as:
- Community participation
- Email subscriptions
- Events and webinars
I'm a new user, how do I register?
For new registration, you will need to enter an email address. We strongly recommend using your corporate email address. ISP accounts will not have access to certain activities and interactions on cadence.com. After submitting, a verification email will be sent to the email address you provided and, will require you to click on the verification link. This link will take you to a simple registration form that you need to fill out to complete the registration process. Register Now »

I haven't received the verification email, what do I need to do?
Check your Spam or bulk mail folders. It's possible that the account verification email we tried to send you was caught by your email system. If you don't find the email in these folders, please submit a help request
What are the password requirements?
Your password must meet the following criteria:
- Must be at least 7 characters long
- Must contain at least 1 letter
- Must contain at least 1 number
- Must contain at least 1 upper-case character
- Must containat least 1 lower-case character
Sample Passwords: Google7, 1Europe
Why do I have to provide a security question and answer?
Your security question and answer allows you to gain access to your cadence.com account in case you forget your password.
When creating your security question and answer:
- Choose something that can't be easily guessed
- Choose something you can remember easily without writing down
- Don't share your question or answer with anyone else.
Once you have registered with Cadence.com, you can easily change your security question and answer from the My Account tab.
What is a screen name?
Your screen name (4 characters minimum, 14 characters maximum) will be your community identity. It allows you to post to forums, establish a personal profile page, and interact with other members. It is not mandatory to create a screen name. Once established, however, your screen name cannot be changed.

What if I forget my password?
If you forget your password, go to the Login
page, enter your email address, and click on the Forgot Password link. On the Forgot Password page, you will have to enter the answer to the security question. Then a new temporary password will be sent to your registered email address. You should immediately login to cadence.com and choose a new password that meets the secure password requirements.
What if I forgot both my password and the answer to my security question?
If you forget both your password and security question answer, submit a help request
. You will receive a response within two business days.
How do I change my password?
Login to your account. Click on My Account (top navigation) and select the Change Password link. Enter your current password in the Old Password field. Enter a new password in the New Password field. Enter it again in the New Password field, then select Save Changes at the bottom of the form to change your password.
How do I change my Email Address?
You can change the email address associated with your account by clicking the Change Login link on the My Account page. Enter a new Email address and submit. A verification email will be sent to the email address you provided and, will require you to click on the verification link. This link will take you to the login page where you have to enter your new email address and old (existing) password.
