Each week, it's possible for me to visit a good number of customers. I usually ask the question below these days (out of curiosity, since this tool is new), and the dialogue sometimes goes like this:
Me: Hey ______ , did you know that we have a new ECO solution for the front-end?
Customer: Nope, don't know what you're talking about.
Me: Conformal ECO! Seriously, it's been out for a long while now, I can't believe no one told you or you didn't read about it. It's so hot!
Customer: I've been busy, don't think I got any info on it ... blah blah blah ...
I've been pondering, how well have we been reaching out to our customers in general, with new product info and updates that matter? How can we improve?
Given that as engineers and management, we get a ton of emails every day, how do we (our friendly Cadence email blasters) deliver these updates without being a burden to you.
Or are we doing a good job?
