There’s an App for…Cadence at DAC! And the Denali Party, Too

Comments(0)Filed under: Industry Insights, iPhone, DAC, EDA360, application, Denali Party, Design Automation Conference, app, Cadence in Action, Cadence DAC app

If you've been following Cadence over the past year, you've heard us talk about how software applications, or "apps," are changing the world of electronic design. The EDA360 vision is based on the realization that apps, rather than silicon, have become the primary differentiator for many electronic products. So it makes perfect sense that Cadence would create a free iPhone app of its own in time for the Design Automation Conference (DAC) in San Diego June 5-10.

The Cadence in Action app is now available in the iPhone Apps Store and can be easily found by searching for "Cadence." The direct link is here. The app provides the following:

Cadence Sessions - DAC conference sessions including Cadence speakers.

Cadence Demos - listing of scheduled demos.

EDA360 Delivered - first shows a diagram of System Realization, SoC Realization, and System Realization. Clicking on the arrows brings you to listings of key offerings in each of these areas.

DAC360 Channel - points to DAC360, the EE Times live video streaming program from the DAC show floor (sponsored by Cadence).

Denali Party by Cadence - view 2010 highlights and reserve your ticket for this year.

DAC News - news from the DAC web site

We hope you'll enjoy the "app."
