    NCSIM INTERNAL ERROR Reply

Hello When call a simple CFC function that I wrote from TCL command prompt I get the error. The function is supposed to advance the simulation to a certain time with cfcExecuteCommand() call. The error is so vague it gives me no clue: ncsim: *F,INTERR: INTERNAL ERROR Observed simulation time : 820 NS + 0 -------------------------------------------------The tool has encountered an unexpected condition and must exit.... ... TOOL: ncsim(64) 05.70-s005 HOSTNAME: ... OPERATING SYSTEM: Linux 2.6.18-5-xen-amd64#1 SMP Sat Dec 22 22:22:11 UTC 2007 x86_64 MESSAGE: rts_bush_pool - not a MOV ------------------------------------------------- Please help me nail down this one. RE: NCSIM INTERNAL ERROR Reply

    Yaseen,

Internal errors can be caused by a variety of things, I would suggest trying this in the latest release 6.2s003 and if that
doesn't solve the problem, please submit a Service request via http://sourcelink.cadence.com and see if you can get support to have a look. Can you provide a test case? A test case always helps expidite these types of things.

    Best Regards
    Doug
