    AAdd_AttachFile (New Version 1.0 E) Reply

I am uploading a copy of CopperCAD's Allegro Skill program called AAdd_AttachFile.

Allegro allows small ASCII files to be attached directly to the
BRD file. CopperCAD's AAdd_AttachFile program, takes large ASCII
files and breaks them up into small chunks, then attaches the
small chunks to the Allegro BRD file, one at a time.

AAdd_AttachFile may be used to attach ASCII text files to Allegro
BRD files. Important files can be attached to your design, reducing
the possibility that they may be lost or misplaced.

Maximum individual file size that can be attached is 78 Mega bytes.
Maximum number of characters in the file name is 26. Files must
be pure ASCII, binary files, or mixed ASCII-Binary files cannot be
    attached to the BRD file.

An updated Video Demo of the software in RealPlayer format may also
be viewed by clicking the following link :

How to Install -- Unlicensed (Free) Mode

To install the program, simply save the AAdd_AttachFile.il and PDF
files into your local pcbenv directory. Your local pcbenv directory
will be located in the path set by the "HOME" environment variable

Define an Alias Key: - Add the following line the env file, located in
your pcbenv directory, just above the computer
    generated section.

    alias ~A AAdd_AttachFile10E

-Also add the following line to the Allegro.ilinit
file, located in your pcbenv directory.
If the "allego.ilinit" does not exist, create one.

    load("AAdd_AttachFile10E.il" "CopperCAD")

--->> To start the program, simply hit " A" <<---
