Graphics issue with V16 and Vista Reply

I had an issue when i installed V16 on my laptop. I had to disable Open GL in order to view a design. Anyone else have this issue. According to Intel, I have the latest drivers for my PC's Graphics Adapter. I am using the standard 945gm Intel Graphics Adapter, with 256 M shared memory

I have a similar issue with a non-shared graphics on XP Pro where refreshing and zooming is very slow . What I did find though, is if you clear out your PCBENV and start afresh with a new one then it was definitely faster. I think that there must be an legacy entry in my pcbenv that is no longer required and just slows everything down graphically.
