Cadence does not have an automatic x-section generation utility. There was a skill routine that was posted by Leon Lee on this forum that creates a good start for a drawing. Many users tend to use as many standard builds as possible and use already prepared Format symbols which are then loaded into the database.

The same goes for the drawing notes where you can have a selection of text files in your library that contain your standard notes. These can be quickly placed with ‘ADD -> TEXT’. Choose your class, subclass and text size and left click where you want the text to be placed and then right click and select ‘Read from File’. If required the text can then be edited in the usual way.
