    Testprep Report Reply

Is there a way of producing a testprep report file from outside of Allegro?  The only way I know to produce this report is from within Allegro via: Tools->Quick Reports->Testprep Report  While I can easily build an Allegro script to accomplish this, I would like to know if there is a way of generating this report without having to launch the tool.

Is there a gee-nifty undocumented option to report that will produce this report?

    Thanks in advance,

    - Phil

As far as I know there is not a ‘pretty-fied’ report available external to Allegro for testprep. You can however extract a testprep list using the extracta command which does work in a shell outside of the Allegro GUI. i.e. extracta xxx.brd tstpoint.txt report_outfile.txt
