    via xy report Reply

    Hi All,

Can anyone help me how to generate the via xy report?

I tried the extracta command with the below syntax,

    FULL_GEOMETRY
    VIA_X
    VIA_Y
    END

but the output doesn't contain all via list which I verified using Show element with via only selected.

THanks in advance for your help.
    Regards,
    Raj.

    RE: via xy report Reply

    Raj,
If you do what you did (to verify they weren't all there) and save the report as a text file,
it will give you the x-y of all the via's. You just get net's and other info too. Which takes manual editing 8-(
to get just an x-y report. Don't know how to do it automatically.

    RE: via xy report Reply

    Thanks for your reply Joe.

I tried with the below extracta commands and I was able to generate the via xy report for all vias placed on board.

    COMPOSITE_PAD
    VIA_X
    VIA_Y

    END

    Thanks,
    Raj.
