    Has anyone a good method to get voids and holes in negative shapes extracted in an extract file? Or a skill program which does that?

    You can extract voids using a command file similar to:

    GEOMETRY
    CLASS=""ETCH""
    SUBCLASS=""TOP""
    GRAPHIC_DATA_10=""VOID""
    GRAPHIC_DATA_1
    GRAPHIC_DATA_2
    END

    Refer to SourceLink solution 11095124 and/or the following link for additional extracta information (make sure you change ""C:/Cadence/PSD152"" to reflect your CDSROOT value):

    Exactly what are you trying to accomplish? There may be a better way to do it, but I hope this helps...
