    Analog IBIS Models????? Reply

Virtually all vendors of communications chips do not provide IBIS models for the line-interface IOs of their chips (e.g. Ethernet, E1/T1, etc.). I don't understand this consistent practice, especially these so-called analog IOs are, in fact, digital.

Please let me know how such IOs can be simulated, and provide me with any information about analog IBIS modeling, if any.
