    Hi all
    i want to know about thermal analysis ,how to carryout  it ?
    if  any trail version software for thermal analysis available can u suggest me which on is best.

    What kind of thermal analysis? Package, PCB or Box level?

    You might want to look into FlowTherm or Flo/PCB.

    Ansys icepak can import cadence brd/mcm via idf format.
    Flomerics is goog.
    And Ansys TASPCB, Betasoft and etc..
