    Impedance Probe? Reply

    Hello, All.

I'm looking for a solution that is able to measure Input Impedance.
In SigXp, I can use Current Probe.
Like that, I want to know the Input Impedance on a node.
    Is this possible?

    Thanks in advance,
    Best Regards,
    YS Shin.

If you use Allegro PCB SI 630 or GXL as it is now called, you can generate the S parameters at any node. Alternatively, you can create an IBIS TDR as discussed in one of the articles here.
