Coaxial cable model in PCB SI? Reply

Just wondering if anyone has a model for coaxial cable in the form of DML or S- parameters. I am interested in the version that fits into SMA connectors.

    Thanks,
    Shree

I don't have a model, but here is a link to a pretty good document on making up a lossy model in Spice format. This is one of many I saw when I ran a web search for coax and spice models.

Once you have that it is easily converted to Espice black box format for use in SigXP and Allegro PCB SI (formerly SPECCTRAQuest)
