    Hua,

    Welcome to the world of Signal Integrity. Your best advice is to read all of the technical papers on this site under the Fundamental SI section of the Signal Integrity techical resources.

    After you have read the basics, google any terms or concepts you are still questioning, then come back and ask some specific questions to the experienced engineers.

    Doing your homework first is the best way to demonstrate your seriousness in engineering.
