SigXplorer isn't the proper tool to be doing bus analysis. Allegro PCB SI (aka SPECCTRAQuest) has the ability to run batch simulations of multiple nets. If you are looking at just the reflection of these a bunch of nets, then the report mechanism from the Probe form would be your best tool. If you want to do xtalk analysis of coupled lines in SigXP, then you would use the coupled line elements from the library. You can then sweep things like the trace spacing, dielectric constants, etc.
The Custom Stimulus editor is built into SigXP. From the Measurements tab, you select Custom, then look at one of the default ones (like DieNoiseMarginHigh) to see the syntax. An app note can be found at:
