I am trying to determine divider spurs.
The output is s.e. rail-to-rail so for random PN I am using noise type jitter and plotting Jee.
I then convert this to PN using PN=20log(2*pi*fo*Jee).
However this method is not valid for deterministic jitter due to say supply ripple.
So how do I determine this?
I have tried various methods but I get various different answers and I am not convinced on which is correct.
Is there a definitive technique and is there anecdotal evidence it correlates with silicon?
