    warning about convergence problem Reply

    hi everybody,

I runned a Spectre simulation for an extracted circuit and I received a warning message like this:

"parasitc resistor 'rs' of device was smaller than 1e-3. To prevent convergence, pleased add a larger global option 'Minr' to eliminate the small resistor."

I would like to know where to modify Minr option cause I didn't succed in finding this option?

Can this convergence warning lead to a wrong simulation result??

    Thanks and Best regards
