    Spectrum function Reply

    Hi, I'm using IC5.1.41 and I read in the documentation that it exists a function "Spectrum" that automatically characterize ADC from the simulated output. Unfortunately, this function doesn't appear in the set of my available functions. Why? Does this function need to be activated? Cordially Christian

    RE: Spectrum function Reply

    spectrum() is a SKILL function and won't be available from the calculator. It is available in IC5141 USR5 (released 06/07) or later.

    Example:
    specMeas = spectrum( VT("/vcoOut") 1K nil 1K 10G "Rectangular" nil "all")
    > drwave:180703344
    value(specMeas "sinad")
    > -5.104-5.104

    Regards,

    Samir Jafferali
