txt mode measurement result (*.mt* *.ms*) Reply

    hi! all:

I have two questions about Spectre simulution
If I run Spectre simulution in spice mode , how much precentage compability is it with Hspice?

Is there any Specture command the same as ".measure  in Hspice"? ,then we can get the txt   mode measurement result (the same as *.mt* ,*.ms* in Hpsice.

    Thanks

    Propolis

SPICE compatibility should be reasonably complete. There are always corner cases where there can be issues, but there should not be many. The Spectre language alternative to .MEASURE is to use the MDL language to create measurements. This provides many more features than simple .MEASURES, but it is a different language.

    Regards,
    John

You can learn mdl language from spectremdl. it is a pretty forward language to perform your task. You can get a tutorial from sourcelink.
