layout connection problem in virtuoso layout XL Reply
I attached here the layout of my resistor (rnhr_rf) -rf resistor and it shows that the connection should be there between body(shown in blue region and marked as B) and some unknown boundry. Now I don' tknow what this boundry shows and how to connect it with body of my resistor.

After realising that your gzipped tar file contained a png file (it wasn't obvious), I took a look and it's hard to know without being able to see the PDK you're using. My guess is that there's a pin on a well layer or something like that within the pcell - but I really don't know without being able to see more than just a resistor.

Maybe if you stated which PDK it was you were using, somebody who is familiar with that technology might be able to answer?

    Regards,

    Andrew.

    Hello sir,

I am using UMC 180 nm technology, the library is mmrf180 and yes I tried to attach png file first but I don't know what was the problem but it didn't consider as a png file so I have to make zip
    file, sorry for the inconvinience.

    Thank you.
