    Disable/Greyout form fields Reply

Looked through all the docs, and can only seem to be able to make a form widget
visible/not-visible.  Is there an obvious way to "grey-out" or "disable" a field from editing?

I'd like to keep them presently visible on my form.  I'm missing something easy here but
have been spinning my wheels for too long.

    Any help is appreciated.

    Regards, -Mike
