    Open the Gerber, how to check the via is from which layer to which layer? Thanks,

    Especially some beried /blind visa.

    You can't in Gerber because it's dumb. Try reading ALL the gerber files from ALL the layers into a gerber file viewer (like GC Prevue for example) and then you can check the start and end layers of where you have a pad.
