How to change the thickness of wire? Reply

How to change the thickness of wire, in PCB Designer? I am using Cadence 16.5, and I know how to change the wire width, just wondering how to change the depth or thickness of the wire~

Wire thickness would be determined by the stack-up, or cross section.  The copper thickness for each individual etch layer would be the determining factor.  Go to Setup => Cross-section to make changes.

otherwise you can change the track width by selecting the routed lines and do- right click to change the track width where you want thicker or thin copper lines.
