     Use Time Domain (transient) analysis in PSpice and click on Output file options. There is a checkbox named Perform Fourier Analysis.

     You can also plot the FFT of a waveform in PSpice waveform viewer to see various harmonic components. Just click on FFT icon after adding a trace in waveform viewer. For better result make sure you have restrcited the data range to steady state value of waveform. Use X-Axis setting to restrict the range.

    This method doesn't provide you with numeric value of thd, whilst the former does.
