    Selecting the Process technology Reply
Hi, I need to select the process for my system. Previous designs made by 65nm, 180nm, and 130nm CMOS. I want to use BiCMOS and I'm reading the leaflets from different manufactures. It's confusing, manuals give so many info about characteristics that I have no idea how they can affect my design. How should I specify these characteristics ahead of simulation ?! I just know the smaller size and higher freq are good for me.
    Please help
