    Use the Model Editor under PSpice Accessories, File>New, Model>New, specify a name and set the From Model to Bipolar Transistor and NPN, then add the device curves, or specify the parameters. You will only be able to add Diodes in the Model Editor unless the installation has a valid PSpice license.

     hello
    thank you for your reply.
      I create a new library that contains a new component by NEW-> LIBRARY-> NEW PART and I specifies the name to eg MAX232 and i draws regtangle and  PINS of Externet the component view.
    the problem is how i  specifies inside characteristic of   THIS COMPONENT PART for it  work without problem.
    So can you help me to complet this component?
