     Hi,

Make sure your both in the same units with the same accuracy. Also when you merge make sure you use the excat same origin (0,0). Have you verified his design was connected?

Maybe he did not have snap to connect point or pins enabled in the find filter. Verify with a a report or show element.

    Hi BillZ,

    Thanks for your reply.

Actually I was using origin (0,0) for copying and the units of both boards]

    were also same.

I was trying hard to get the problem solve.

One thing worked for me. I moved all the traces and vias outside the board and then moved them back and my problem solved.

    Thanks for your kind intrest.

    Regards

I've had this happen twice.  The first time it happened, an ISR fixed the issue.  It happened to me again last week.  It was a very simple PCB and I was 100% sure that everything was routed properly, but my Status report was telling me that there were a few unrouted connections, two of which did not match the net list.  Any way, it was very easy to visually confirm the routing, so I generated the gerbers and had boards fabricated without a problem.  If it happens again, though, I'll have to get some help fixing it.
