DRC reports error, when there is no error Reply

I have Line to Thru Via Same Net Spacing constraint set to 0 mils.

In the design when I connect some thick line to some via whos net is same as net of thick line, I see DRC error online.

It is strange, because DRC popup message tells that Constraint value is 0 MIL (as I wanted it), but then says that ACTUAL value is 0 MIL... well if the constraint value and actual value are same, why does it show it as an error?

    Picture attached for clarity.

The DRC is because the thick track is only "touching" the via and is not across the centre (where the connection is made). You could try necking the track.
