 TNS becomes negative at signoff?

    TNS becomes negative at signoff? Reply
    Hi, I am using foundation flows for a deisgn. TNS remains 0 for all steps upto postroute_si. but after signoff, suddenly some extra delay is added to delay of each cell, that results in timing violations for some paths. why this extra delay is added. ?
