    What problem you are facing?

    if you are installing on Windows Vista or Windows 7, it is recommended to turn off "UAC" , reboot and install 16.3.

    Additionally for Vista, you should have Vista SP1 installed.

    Hi, I had installed it fully with some errors.when i was patching it taking too long time to patch the files.when ever patch file is been clicked window is been get vanished with in a fraction of second. I had installed with the WINDOWS 7- OS. What is that "UAC" ?
