        How to use skill to get a layer,

        like drc rule do:

            HVTP = BORDER and NW

    You can use either dbLayerAnd or leLayerAnd - depending on the context and whether you need to do it for a list of specific shapes, or using all shapes on a layer. See the documentation for these functions (in cdnshelp in IC61X or cdsdoc in IC5141) for more details.

    thanks Andrew,

    in my cadence ,I can not find it in Finder ,in my cdsdoc i also can not find "dbLayerAnd"  "leLayerAnd".

     Can you give some details about them?

    Look in <ICinstDir>/doc/sklayoutref/sklayoutref.pdf and <ICinstDir>/doc/skdfref/skdfref.pdf for leLayerAnd and dbLayerAnd respectively. You can find your installation directory by typing "cds_root icfb" or "cds_root virtuoso" (depending on the version being used).
