    Current Querry Reply

    I have made an inverter on cadence and plotted the node current waves. Please tell me which current is leakage and which is active current?

    Please the check the image file attached in the post.

    Bit hard to tell from the picture, but the most likely scenario is that all you are seeing is the current flowing through the gmin resistor (1e-12 ohms) placed across non-linear junctions to aid with convergence (either that or you are seeing the effect of iabstol).

    Try tightening gmin to 1e-15 (and maybe iabstol to 1e-14) and see if the currents reduce.

    It's possible your models don't have any leakage parameters defined.
