    Regarding dont_touch and dont_use_cell Reply

     Is it possbile if a cell has "dont touch true" attribute but it has "dont use false" attribute, EDI tool can use it?

     I mean is it necessary for a cell to have "dont touch false" if it has "dont use false" ? 

    Query is if cell is having " dont use false" then EDI tool would try to use it, but then it will never be able to replace/resize it as cell has "dont touch true", which is problematic for optimiztion.

     Use dont_touch only on instances and dont_use only on cell types , and you will never see this conflict.
