    PDN analysis - Model Assignment Reply

    Hi,

    I am new to Allego PCB SI -PDN analysis. I have been trying to simulate Static IR drop for a power plane.

    I have the following difficulty,

    1. Can we substitute resistor value for Inductor (DCR) , so that i could conider it's drop from Regulator output to load at once?

    2. Also similarly the rails used in my design have ferrite beads before being connected to load. I need to substituthe DC resistance for the same.

    Can anyone please guide how to do it?

     Are you more concerned with the ability to simulate extended or joined DC Nets (which PDN can do) or with the impact of the discrete device connecting the nets ?
