    Skill command to check which cadence version is running. Reply

     Hello,

    Can you say is there SKILL function which reports which cadence release is running or at least which executable ( icfb or virtuoso)

    Best regards,

    Stoyan,

    getVersion() returns the whole string, and getVersion(t) returns the subversion number.

     Stoyan,

    Use the function getVersion("virtuoso")

    Another helpful command is:

    dbGetDatabaseType()

    It returns "OpenAccess" or "CDBA".
