-Perform design and simulation of new memory packages, modules, and subsystem products for Nanya's product line.
-Generate and support simulation models of memory subsystems for use by Nanya's system integration customers.
-Determine the package and module design and simulation tools and methodologies for use throughout Nanya's world-wide design centers.
-Utilize memory and system computer simulation models as well as laboratory measurements to understand application issues and optimizations.
-Work with Jedec and other industry groups to define memory technology roadmaps and to design future products.
-A bachelor's degree or higher in CS or EE with 8 or more years of related experience is required.
-Experience with system-level PCB design and simulation is desired, preferably designing memory modules
-An understanding of signal integrity issues and high-frequency design techniques is essential.
-Simulation experience is essential, preferably using Cadence Allegro, Mentor Hyperlynx, HFSS, SI Wave, or Q3D
-You must be located in the Houston Texas area or be willing to relocate. Relocation assistance will be provided.
-You must be a US citizen or have permanent residency status.
