The TME position at Mentor Graphics involves requirement gathering, prototyping, leading/supporting beta programs, and driving product adoption of Calibre parasitic extraction products. The role involves close collaboration with customers, eco-system partners, product marketing and software engineering. Responsibilities include providing in-depth technical support and training to our customers, defining and characterizing new product capabilities necessary to meet customer requirements, and managing the interface between development and the customer. The candidate should possess deep technical knowledge of process and device modeling, experience in defining application setup for parasitic extraction tools, and knowledge about the semiconductor design flow process is required.

Candidates for this position should have a strong background in integrated circuit design, custom or semi-custom integrated circuit layout, or physical verification, extraction, and manufacturability. Practical experience implementing CAD flow solutions for integrated circuit designers and physical verification engineers is a must. Experience with Calibre DRC/LVS/xRC software products highly desired.
