How to get overlap blockages! Reply

    Hi All,

I was trying to get all overlap objects from the specified bounding box, but i failed to retrieve the info of blockages. I tried dbGetOverlaps, dbGetTrueOverlaps and its was failed to get any blockages.

Did anyone knows this is a bug? Do we have any of how to get overlap blockages?

Your suggestion and advice is much appreciated.

    Thanks,

    How

I assume you must be using IC61? If so, you'd need to use dbLayerBlockageQuery() . It's not a bug - blockages are different kind of objects now (they're not just shapes on special layers). If using IC5141, dbGetOverlaps should have worked.

    Regards,

    Andrew.
