    psrr for oscillator Reply

I had performed PSRR analysis for RC/ring osc with xf/pxf analysis in spectre. xf is quick but skeptical about operating point of osc. pxf(+pss) is also doable but it gives only spectrum. Id like to have sort of bode plot of PSRR, just like we get from op-amp.

Can you suggest me good idea pls.

Not sure what you've done, because you should be able to look at the bode plots for different sidebands around harmonics of the oscillator frequency.

You probably are best looking at <MMSIMinstDir>/tools.<platform>/spectre/examples/SpectreRF_workshop/SpectreRF_AN/PSRR_Osc_AN.pdf

    Regards,

    Andrew.
