If you want to create one, open a library, right-click on the library name, New Symbol, pick Title Block in the radio buttons, give it a name and you then have the regular part editor. You might find it easier to take an existing Title Block from the "capsym" library and edit that, open the capsym library and your target library, select the required title block and use control-C to copy the part, go to the target library, select the library name and control-V to paste the copy.

    Hi Sir,

I want to add read only properties to my Title Block is that possible.
Right now i can see that only the Title Block Name property is Read only.

All the new properties that i try to add do not get that option

That's correct, the Read Only type cannot be assigned to any user properties in the library, or schematic.

You can add text to the title block, this would require the title block part to be edited to change the text. Equally, even if it were possible to set the properties to Read Only, the title block would only need to be edited in the design to remove the property and change the value.
