OCEAN simulation script in DP with SGE Reply

Can I simulate an OCEAN script using Distributed Processing (DP) Option with Sun Grid Engine(SGE)?

Using DP with SGE, I was able to queue simulation from ADE.

I was also able to queue shell batch files to simulate spectre netlists, using "qsub".

With OCEAN scripts, I can not simulate an ocean script when I include....

    hostMode( 'distrubuted )

Does SGE supports simulation requests from OCEAN?

I am also trying to use "artbatch" but there is an error.

    Is "artbatch" executable with SGE?

    Have a nice day. :)

    God bless.

    Gilbert

SGE is supported from both ADE and OCEAN (essentially it's the same - if it works in ADE it should work in OCEAN).

You give no information as to what doesn't work - i.e. were there any error messages? What exactly happens when you try to use hostMode('distributed) in your OCEAN script?

    Regards,

    Andrew.
