case average IR drop is generated considering a PVT point which is
different from both worst and best case PVT points for timing
analysis (I use both corners to check hold and setup violations).

case timing when running STA?
If I consider the PVT point for
worst case voltage drop I won't check the worst/best case for STA,
and checking worst/best case for STA I won't check for worst case for
voltage drop. At the same time, if I use worst case for IR drop and
worst/best case for STA I"m considering an invalid PVT point.
